Congratulations to Rotimi and Vanessa Mdee!

The couple are expecting their first child together – a baby boy.

Speaking to People magazine, they said: “We are super excited to welcome our son. As first-time parents, everything about this experience has been a brand-new challenge. We love it.”

Actor Rotimi and singer Vanessa, 33, met in New Orleans at an Essence Festival afterparty.

Speaking about his finacé, Rotimi, 32, said: “Vee headed back to Africa (at the time), but we quickly realized we couldn’t and didn’t want to live without each other.”

They then got engaged on December 30th, 2020.
