Ashley Tisdale is now a mother! The 35-year-old actress welcomed her first child into the world with her husband, Christopher French, on March 23. She announced her daughter’s birth on Instagram, along with a photo of her newborn’s tiny hand.
“Jupiter Iris French arrived earth side,” she captioned the picture, along with a star emoji to match her daughter’s name.
Tisdale married French, a music composer, in 2014. She announced her pregnancy in September (2020) and then revealed that the child was a girl in October (2020).
In Tisdale’s gender reveal post, she wrote about how hard the past few months had been. But, she gushed about her happiness over the news that she was going to have a daughter.
“This year has obviously been hard. For so many. Ups and downs, and an emotional roller coaster,” Tisdale said in the post. “I think this day was by far my favorite day EVER! I cried I was so happy.”
It’s safe to say that the High School Musical actress is doing “fabulous” as a new mother.
