Marcus Rashford is not slowing down with his mission to make our world a better place! The England and Manchester United player has joined forces with chef Tom Kerridge to produce simple recipes and culinary tips for low-income families. The recipes will also help people who have limited time, no expensive kitchen gadgets or little knowledge of cooking. This is to help tackle food poverty whilst also helping families to cook healthy meals on a budget.

Each week, free recipes and online video tutorials will be available on the Full Time Meals Instagram page, with Chef Tom Kerridge showing Rashford how to cook meals such as chicken satay stir fry, chicken pie etc. The recipes will also be available on recipe cards in supermarkets, schools and food banks. The 23-year-old footballer told BBC that they wanted the recipes in places such as supermarkets, schools and food banks, so the people who didn’t have access to social media could also benefit from the healthy meal tutorials.

Marcus Rashford hopes that him trying to improve himself in the kitchen will inspire more young people to learn how to cook even if they make mistakes whilst doing so.
