The late great DMX’s ‘celebration of life’ ceremony took place at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Saturday (April 24th 2021).

An amazing moment was when all of DMX’s children came on stage together to give a tribute to their dad.

After a couple of her siblings gave touching tributes, Sonovah then did a rendition of her father’s song ‘Slippin’.

Sonovah started her rap with, ‘Ay yo I’m growing, I’m learning to hold my head, my daddy’s still holding my hand so I gotta’ stand up.’
