Making the White House a home, the decoration team have been swift in refurbishing the President of the United States’s office!

From having a portrait of Andrew Jackson (the 7th U.S. President) and a bust of Winston Churchill (former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom) the Oval Office now has busts of civil rights leaders Rosa Parks, Martin Luther King Jr. and Cesar Chavez, who was a Mexican American labor leader and civil rights activist. There’s also a bust of former U.S President Harry Truman.

The room is decorated with portraits of Founding Fathers such as George Washington, Benjamin Franklin, Thomas Jefferson, Alexander Hamilton, as well as former Presidents Franklin D. Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln.

Sitting behind the President’s desk are pictures of Biden with his loved ones.
